How to shuck an oyster:

1. Roll a kitchen towel

2. Place oyster hinge side down into the towel

3. Wiggle the tip of the knife into the back hinge until you feel it unclasp

4. Rotate your hand and feel the shell pop open

5. Scrape the knife inside the top of the shell to unstick the oyster
